You can book your order for collection as far in advance as possible. However, please note that we only recommend booking when you are 100% of what you need to send. If you overbook, credit will be issued to your account for the overage declared prior to collection.
For most of our services, you can book in a collection for the next working day if you book before 10PM (GMT) the night before. If you are a bit last minute in getting everything packaged up, you have ample time the day before to get everything booked in online.
It is important to always check our cut off times, which can be viewed by getting your Quick Quote from our home page. Beside the different services that we offer you should see our cut off times underneath the Earliest Collection heading.
I am shipping internationally. How far ahead should I book?
International orders can be booked for a next day collection up until 10PM (local time) the day prior.
However, as most International orders require an online Customs Form prior to generating your shipping documents and usually require more preparation, we recommend booking your collection at least 2 working days after you have placed the order.
Please note that for shipments exceeding 75Kg in total weight, the next working day will not be available for collection for our International services as we are required to notify the courier of these heavyweight bookings to ensure the correct vehicle is sent.
