It can be tricky to plan how many items you may need to book in if you are planning for a big move or are undecided about how much you want to bring on your holiday.
If you are unsure of the final number of packages on your order, we recommend reserving the quote, or placing the order closer to your desired collection date.
I have the Flexi/Super Flexi fare on my order. Can I reduce my boxes and get a refund?
Both the Flexi Fare and Super Flexi fare give you the ability to only edit address information, collection date & edit your items.
In the event you reduce your number of boxes, we can only offer you credit for the difference in order cost. This will be placed onto your Sherpr account, and is valid for payment against future orders within 12 months of issue. However, this credit will not be automatically placed back onto your account - you must contact us to ensure this is applied to your account for future use.
Our cut-time for such order changes are at 4PM (local time) the day prior to your scheduled collection date. This ensures that our partner couriers are aware of the final number of packages to be collected.
To submit your changes, please log in to your Sherpr account and navigate to your Orders section, and you should see the Edit order button on the right-hand side.
Any changes submitted on your account are subject to finalizing by our team. Any approved changes will be confirmed via email on your registered address, in a timely manner.
Can I reduce the sizes of my boxes and get a refund for the difference?
If you need to change the size/weight of your items, you can go to your My Orders and under No. of Items, you can click Weights & Sizes (Edit).
If the changes in weight and dimensions reduce the total order value of your shipment, no refund for the difference will be provided. In the occasion these changes are made, we can only offer you credit for the difference in order cost.
