Can I send additional delivery information after my shipment is collected?

Our team can forward any additional instructions for delivery once your shipment has been collected. However, please bear in mind that any such additional details and instructions are only requests and not guaranteed.

The courier will always rely on the information readily available on your shipping labels. Hence, if changes such as a different delivery number or gate/flat numbers are provided, these may not be actioned and updated on their system until your shipment is attempted for delivery.

If a delivery attempt has failed because of the lacking information on your labels, then the courier's relevant delivery team will note of your additional information for the second delivery attempt.
