If the date of your rearranged collection is unsuitable for you, our team can rearrange your collection to be done on another preferred date. Please note that for rescheduled collections, these cannot fall on weekends or during bank holidays.
If the original collection address can no longer be accommodated for the next collection attempt, our team can rearrange for collection to be done at a different address. Please bear in mind that this address must be within the same country and at least the same city for collection.
Changes to the collection address may also require potential changes to the shipping labels. However, if the new address for collection will not be the new designated return address for your shipment, you may retain the labels already provided for the initial collection.
