What if I want to drop off my shipment?

If in the event our courier fails to collect your shipment due to the address being difficult to access, or the timeframe provided for collection is unsuitable, you may opt to have your shipment dropped off at an authorized courier service point near you. 

FedEx Service Points

Your nearest FedEx service point can be determined through this link: https://local.fedex.com/en/search?.

When referring to this tool, it is important to set the Filters only to indicate “FedEx Staffed” locations. 

If the “FedEx staffed” filter is not selected, this will result in the website suggesting FedEx drop off points with third-party retailers. While you can choose to drop off your shipments at these locations, these normally have weight and size restrictions. Furthermore, these stores may ask for an additional payment to process your drop off. Drop offs at these locations also are not collected by FedEx immediately, which can result in delays with your shipment tracking on FedEx’s network, and website. 

Once you have selected the above filters, you can then view a detailed list of the nearest FedEx service points in your area, as well as their business hours and additional services provided. 

DHL Service Points

Your nearest DHL Service Point can be determined through this link: https://locator.dhl.com/. When referring to this tool, please ensure that the following options are selected once indicating your collection country and post code:

• “Send shipment”

• “I have paid online”

• “I have printed a DHL Label”

Once you have selected the above filters, you can then view a detailed list of the nearest DHL service points in your area, as well as their business hours and additional services provided. 

Please ensure the following when dropping your shipment off:

• Bring some form of ID that matches the sending name

• Bring proof of collection address i.e., utility bill

• Ensure the shipment is correctly labelled

• Ask for a receipt for proof of drop off
