Whenever an arranged collection does not take place, for reasons the courier or sender may be at fault, this is considered an unsuccessful or failed collection.
Unsuccessful or failed collections can be caused by a number of factors that include, but are not limited to, the following:
The named sender was not at the collection address during the collection window;
The named sender no longer resides at the collection address;
The address for collection is incomplete/incorrect;
The collection request/attempt was refused;
The goods appear to not have been packaged correctly;
The goods have not been labelled at the time of the driver’s arrival; or
The driver failed to appear at the collection address at all during the specified collection day.
