Can I get a refund for unused account credit?

If you receive credit on your Sherpr account (for example, from a Standard/Flexi cancellation or unused boxes), this credit cannot be refunded to your original payment source. It is only available for use on future Sherpr bookings. The credit does not expire.

If you cancel a Flexi fare booking or do not use some boxes, the value is credited to your account - never refunded to your debit/credit card.

Super Flexi Refunds

If you booked with the Super Flexi and cancel before the deadline, you can request a refund directly back to your original payment card (minus the Super Flexi fee).

For Super Flexi orders, any cancellations must be requested by 12PM GMT of the day prior to your scheduled collection date.

Always check your fare type before requesting a refund - only Super Flexi fare bookings are eligible for refunds back to your card.
Example of Super Flexi cancellation

You cancelled a Flexi or Standard booking. The amount is credited to your Sherpr account and you can use it for a future booking - but you cannot withdraw it or transfer it back to your card.

If you booked with Super Flexi and cancelled before 12pm the day before collection, you would have the option to receive a refund back to your payment card.
