In the event you reduce your number of boxes after your order has been made, we can only offer you credit for the difference in order cost regardless of the Fare booked. This will be placed onto your Sherpr account, and is valid for payment against future orders within 12 months of issue. However, this credit will not be automatically placed back onto your account - you must contact us to ensure this is applied to your account for future use.
Our cut-time for such order changes are at 4PM (local time) the day prior to your scheduled collection date. This ensures that our partner couriers are aware of the final number of packages to be collected.
I placed the order with one of your Relocation Specialists. Can I still get a refund?
If you have placed your Sherpr order with one of our relocation specialists, we may be able to refund you the cost of any unsent boxes. However, requests for such reductions be notifed to the relevant agent before your order is collected.
Depending on your assigned specialist, you may be eligible for either a credit or refund. Please reach out to your specialist for further assistance.
