My shipment has not arrived completely. Are my remaining packages missing?

When you are shipping a multi-piece order, it is possible that the items may be separated during transit. While the courier strives to keep shipments together, the high volume of parcels at each depot, along with the use of mechanical sortation systems such as chutes and conveyors can occasionally result in items being delivered separately.

If and when this happens, this does not necessarily mean your outstanding items are missing. Each package you have shipped has a unique tracking number which indicate its last known location and/or status within the courier network.

Our team proactively follow up any partially delivered shipments with our respective courier teams.
