Deliveries are made between 9AM and 6PM Monday to Friday. If you were not at home to accept your delivery, then delivery should be reattempted the next working day.
As per standard operating procedure, a maximum of three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to the sender.
If a specific delivery date is required, our team can request this with the courier. However, please note that such requests are never guaranteed.
If you prefer, you can normally collect your delivery from the courier directly at their depots. If you prefer to arrange this, please reach our to our Support team for further information.
