The tracking shows my order as "delivered," but I don't have it. What do I do?

If you are having items delivered to a place of business, university halls, or a similar address, then deliveries are often made to the main reception, concierge or post room. Please check with them that your items have been delivered there.

Otherwise, it is possible that the shipment may have been incorrectly tagged as delivered, or delivery was made to a neighbouring address. If you reside in a multi storey building, please kindly check with any neighbours if they may have accepted your shipment on your behalf.

However, please do reach out to our support team to raise an investigation with the courier for your delivery if you find yourself in this situation.
