When going through our booking process after getting a quote, you will be immediately asked for both the size and weight of your items.
Both of these are required for us to be able to check if your items are able to be sent and also what price bracket they fit into.
All customers must give 100% accurate dimensions and weights to help prevent any extra charges or any unused weight/size allowance.
Our cut off times can be often the day before you want a collection to take place, therefore, it is not always needed to book far in advance as we do not operate on a slot by slot basis.
