It's very rare a shipment may be returned to sender, and by following our instructions on our website on how and what to pack, you should be fine.
Prohibited items - we have a detailed prohibited items list, these are items not allowed within the courier network or through certain customs processes. It's always worth doing an extra check yourself on the official website of your destination country, to ensure you're not risking packing anything not allowed through the border.
Insufficient packaging - if your bag or box arrives at a stage of transit in disrepair, it may be returned. Use double walled boxes without handle holes, sturdy suitcases and avoid using laundry bags or other flimsy packaging.
Check the address - make sure the full given address is correct and that there will be access to the location for delivery. If the courier cannot access the location or has consistent issues delivering the shipment, this can trigger a return.
