Should your shipment need to be returned to sender for any reason the courier or customs authority deem necessary, you will be notified.
Returns, though rare, are generally down to customers sending prohibited items, using insufficient packaging or other customer related causes.
Should this be the case, you will be contacted by our customer service team regarding an update on your shipment along with a returns charge invoice, as per our terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking your original shipment.
If required, you will need to book a new order to ship the returned items to your destination.
