Whenever able, please kindly ensure that your address for collection is accurate and complete, and that the following information is passed on to our customer service team for your next collection attempt:
Flat buzzer name/number;
Intercom name/number;
Business and building name;
Gate/access codes;
House number and street name;
Neighbourhood, city and county/state name; and
Zip/Postal code.
We find that unsuccessful collections are extremely rare, and that once rearranged with necessary additional address information, any subsequent attempts are done correctly.
For any collection attempts that are disputed, our team will ensure that any records of previous collection attempts are appropriately challenged with the courier. Subsequent collection attempts will be escalated in order to avoid further unsuccessful attempts.
