FedEx tracking only becomes active after your shipment has been collected. No updates are available before collection.
Your collection remains scheduled until 18:00 (6PM) on your collection date unless you are notified otherwise.
If you would like to check the status of your collection, go to My Orders and view your order status. If you see it is scheduled for today and have not received a notification that your collection has failed or been cancelled, your collection is still active.
If your items haven't been collected by 18:00 and you have no tracking updates, nor have not been contacted proactively by Sherpr, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team for further assistance.
