If the courier is having difficulty delivering your shipment, the delivery address on your labels may be incomplete or the address is difficult to locate.
In such cases, we would recommend reaching out to our Support team to provide additional information on your delivery address location and access.
Whilst we can request the change of delivery address, please note that this is only a request and not something that we're able to guarantee. Changing the delivery address will lead to shipment delays whilst the goods are being re-labelled and / or rerouted to a new delivery depot.
If a request in a change of address is successful, this will incur additional charges for the relabeling and rerouting of your shipment.
Alternatively, if you prefer to have the shipment collected from a nearby courier service point, this may be possible. Please reach out to our Support team for more information.
