What if the delivery address is difficult to locate?

Last updated on 09 Mar, 2026

While our partner couriers will endeavour to contract drivers familiar with the areas they are delivering to, this is not always the case. Our partner courier may contract drivers from localities outside of your delivery area depending on factors such as demand and availability.

Given this, and that the driver is not guaranteed to call prior to delivery, it is essential that all information pertaining to the collection address be disclosed during the booking or prior to collection.

For addresses we can deliver to, all information related to the delivery address must be disclosed prior to placing the order. These must include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Flat buzzer name/number;

  • Intercom name/number;

  • Business and building name;

  • Gate/access codes;

  • House number and street name;

  • Neighbourhood, city and county/state name; and

  • Zip/Postal code.

For addresses that may not be recorded at your local registry and are therefore difficult to locate, we strongly recommend that our customer service team be contacted with additional information regarding this address. This can include images of the property being collected from, as well as helpful map information/links that can aid the driver in accessing the address for delivery.

Our team will endeavour to ensure that your shipment can be delivered given the information that is supplied to our partner courier on your behalf.
