I no longer need my shipment. Can I request that this be returned?

Last updated on 10 Mar, 2026

You may request a return of a shipment already in transit. However, such requests are never a guarantee.

Domestic Orders

Due to the short transit time of the service it is possible that the relevant depot will not receive the request before the first delivery is scheduled.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team may be able to fulfill the return request. If the delivery has been successful, a new order will need to be processed to retrieve the goods from the address.

International Orders

When requesting a return for an international order, any applicable customs fees may still be charged by the customs entity in the destination country. Please note that any extra cover will not cover you for any actions that customs may impose on this shipment.

When requesting a return, it is important to note that no refund will be provided for your undelivered shipment. Sherpr may also charge you for the costs associated with the return of your shipment.

Due to the nature of such shipments, returns are currently estimated at 6 to 8 weeks however, most are generally returned a lot quicker.
