When do my labels become available?

For shipments within the UK, your labels will be available on your Sherpr account almost immediately after completing your order. Our system should alert you via email once your shipping labels are available on your account.

For orders booked for a future date, these will become available within 3 - 5 working days of the collection date.

For the majority of international orders, your labels will become available 5-7 working days before your collection date. If you have recently placed your order, please be patient while our team work to make your labels available as soon as possible.

Shipping labels for international orders can only be generated once your Customs Form has been accomplished.

If you order has been booked with incorrect details (e.g. incorrect postcodes), these orders require manual intervention by our staff to be corrected.

Please ensure your order is booked with correct information to ensure your labels are processed without further delay. Labels for orders that need to be corrected by our team will be available as soon as possible on your Sherpr account. On some instances, your labels will be emailed to you using the email address registered on your order.

If you have chosen the Flexi or Super Flexi fares, labels will be available after 4PM, the day before your collection to allow for potential changes.

Please note that a driver will not arrive to collect your items until you have received your labels.
