Every order with Sherpr, whether it's domestic or international, will require a shipping label. Each shipping label contains important information on your shipment, such as the address for delivery and its location whilst in transit.
Labels must be attached before your order pick-up takes place. Our partner courier's cannot bring or attach labels for you. Please attach your labels to your shipment in accordance with our instructions.
Where can I locate my shipping labels?
Your shipping labels can be downloaded from your Sherpr account, under your Orders page.
For shipments within the UK, your labels will be available on your Sherpr account almost immediately after completing your order.
For orders booked for a future date, these will become available within 3 - 5 working days of the collection date.
For the majority of international orders, your labels will become available 5-7 working days before your collection date. If you have recently placed your order, please be patient while our team work to make your labels available as soon as possible.
Shipping labels for international orders can only be generated once your Customs Form has been accomplished.
If it is the day before your collection and you have not yet received your labels, please contact our team for further assistance.
