We offer 3 types of booking fares, depending on our customers' post-booking assistance required.

Cancel at anytime prior to collection for a full refund.
How do I use my Flexi/Super Flexi fare?
To make an amendment to your order:
Log into your account and go to the My Orders section.
Click the “Edit Order” button to update your details.
We will process the request and send you a confirmation email.
You can make up to two Flexi requests per order, and you have until 4 pm the day before collection to make your changes.
Can I make changes to my Standard booking?
Any cancellations to standard bookings will receive 100% Sherpr Credit only and no changes are allowed.
However, our team may permit some changes to be made if you have only purchased the Standard booking. Please contact our team to assist with any needed changes.
