You can track your items online from the My Orders page on your Sherpr account. It will often guide you to the couriers tracking, which should provide you with further details.
The biggest reason for parcels being delayed could be delays with the courier or in some cases, the labels falling off. It is vitally important that you attach your labels securely.
If your item(s) have not arrived 2+ working days after your expected delivery date please contact us.
Our team at Sherpr will also endeavour to proactively contact you ahead of your scheduled delivery date, if we foresee any potential delays with your shipment.
