If you have additional documents to provide to help with your shipment's release from customs or for personal effects exemption, and you are unable to upload this to your Sherpr account, please forward this over to the following email address: support@sherpr.com

Our team will then forward any additional documents over on your behalf. Please bear in mind that whilst Sherpr will ensure any documents are accepted by Customs, our team have no influence over their decision to consider or reject such documents for clearance formalities and/or exemption.
