My order change has not been confirmed. What do I do?

Order change requests are processed manually by our staff Monday to Friday (8AM to 12AM) GMT and Sunday 3PM to 10PM GMT.

If you have Flexi fare and have submitted a request, this will be confirmed with you via email as soon as possible.

Please do not send multiple requests in a short space of time. Whenever able, please make all changes in one sitting to prevent any potential confusion regarding your changes.
