You can change the details on your order after this has been placed, depending on the fare purchased.
Both the Flexi and Super Flexi fares give you the ability to edit the following information:
Address information
Collection date
Package number, weight and dimensions
You have up until 4 PM (GMT) the day before your collection date to submit your changes online through your Orders page, and selecting Edit Order.
Depending on the changes you make on your order details, your shipping labels may need to be rebooked to match your updated details. Each shipping label contains information that is forwarded into our courier's systems.
