If you are shipping internationally (e.g. US to the Philippines), you will need to accomplish an online Customs Form.
If you are shipping from the UK to the EU (or vice versa), you will need to accomplish an online Customs Form. This has been a mandatory requirement since Brexit.
Customs forms are not required if you are shipping domestically (within the same country) or within the EU. These shipments do not go through customs clearance.
You can complete customs forms using the customs system in your My Orders page. Some countries may require additional documentation for Customs clearance.

Customs Forms do not apply for shipments between Northern Ireland and the EU.
