Are my Customs Form complete?

Last updated on 06 Apr, 2026

When shipping internationally with Sherpr, you must complete customs forms before collection. This guide shows you how to check that your forms are correct and accepted, so your shipment clears customs without delays.

Steps to Verify Your Customs Forms

1
Go to My Orders

Log in to your Sherpr account and navigate to the Orders page. Select the relevant shipment.

2
Review Customs Forms Status
Check the customs forms section. If all required fields are completed and there are no alerts or warnings, your forms are ready.
3
Look for Submission Confirmation

You will see a confirmation message in your order summary after successfully submitting the forms. Support may also send a confirmation email.

4
Check for Required Actions
If anything is missing or needs updating (for example, restricted items like food are included), you will see a prompt to update your forms before your collection date.
5
Remove Restricted Items

Please make sure your order does not contain restricted or prohibited items. Update your forms if needed, as shipments containing restricted items may be delayed or rejected by customs.

6
Contact Support if Unsure

If you are not sure whether your forms are accepted, or you did not receive confirmation, contact Sherpr support for help.

You must complete and submit accurate customs forms before your collection date to avoid delays or returns. Always check directly with customs for and follow any country-specific requirements.

How to Confirm Success

Your customs forms are complete when you see a confirmation message in Orders and have no outstanding prompts. If you receive an email from support or see a status update that action is still required, follow the instructions provided.

Once your customs forms have been completed and submitted, you will receive your shipping labels 5 days before collections for standard fares and 24 hours before your collection for flexi and super flexi fares.

After submitting customs forms, monitor your email and My Orders for any requests for more information or updates.
