If you are using our service to ship or recieve newly purchased and / or manufactured items from abroad, whether for personal or business use, our team may recommend that you declare your order as a commercial shipment.
As Sherpr specializes in personal effects shipping, our partner couriers and Customs team expect that the shipments we send have been used for a certain period of time. The relevant Customs authority of the country you are shipping to may also wish to inspect your goods physically to determine the age of your goods.
If in the occassion you are shipping new items and have declared your shipment as used personal effects, this may cause delays with your shipment at Customs and incorrectly applied duties and taxes.
