What if I cannot print my labels?

Last updated on 06 Apr, 2026

It is important that your shipping labels have been printed out and attached to your shipment prior to collection.

The service I purchased says "Printer Optional." Do I still need to print labels?

If you are using a service where it is shown as "Printer Optional," the driver will always bring a back up shipment label set that can be stuck on your shipment.

However, you still need to attach two labels with the full delivery address, name and tracking number found on your Sherpr account. This can be a handwritten label. Please make sure these labels are securely attached as the driver will stick the tracking label over one of your labels.

We also recommend attaching an additional address label on the inside of the shipment where it will be visible.

For all other services where it advises "Printer Required", you must be able to print your labels. There is no exception to this.

I do not have a printer. Can you recommend a printing service?

We find that most cafes or local libraries provide basic printing services. We recommend researching for local or nearby printing services in your area that can help with printing your shipping labels.
