Your Customs Form can still be updated after accomplishment and once labels are generated, provided the shipment is not yet in transit with the courier.

Go to www.sherpr.com and click Log In. Enter your details.

Select the order that needs a customs value update.

Open the customs form
Find and click on the customs form for your selected order.

Click Request Changes
Click the Request Changes button if you need to update the customs value or item details.

Update your declared information

Enter the correct information and update any other required information. Ensure the value matches your booking.

Save and submit the updated form

Review your changes, sign your declaration and submit the form. Discard any old shipping labels and customs documents.

Wait for new labels

New labels and documents will be issued within 10 minutes. Download, print and attach the new documents before your collection date.
