If your multi-piece shipment is not showing all indivdual pieces tracking, this is a very common occurrence for shipping and is not cause for concern.
When multiple items are shipped together, they usually go into containers or pallets. Each item gets linked to the container it’s in, and this updates automatically as a shipment moves along the courier network.
This problem usually resolves itself when the container reaches the courier’s next facility. There, the items are unloaded and loaded onto a new container, getting everything back on track. There are also occassions where an item may not still show tracking scans up until this is delivered, as these may not have been unloaded into a new container/pallet.
If in the occassion multiple peices on your shipment are not tracking, we kindly ask that any tracking pieces are delivered first. Once delivered, our team will then confirm with yourself if you have received only the items that were tracking online, or the entirety of your shipment.
