Who do I contact to dispute any customs charges?

Last updated on 10 Mar, 2026

In the event that any applicable duties and taxes aren't paid can result in the the return or disposal of your items and still the duties may be applicable.  We want to prevent any issues with your order and will support you in understanding what the next steps are.

Sherpr have no influence over any of the duties and taxes, or customs related fees charged on your order. If you do wish to dispute any charges, you will need to do so directly with the relevant courier customs team who has facilitated the clearance procedure of your shipment.

If you have recieved a paper invoice from the courier for such charges, their relevant team's contact details should be detailed on the invoice itself.

If the invoice has arrived via email, the courier team can be reached by selecting their "Contact Us" option on the invoice received.
