Duty payments with our courier partners can be made over the phone however they will normally email you directly with links to payment portals. These payment links are normally forwarded by Sherpr to your email address registered on your account.
You can pay for the duties securely online through the payment portals provided by each courier service.
If you believe the duties have been applied in error, you can contact the courier directly to challenge the charges. You can find their contact numbers by country on their respective websites.
In the event that any applicable duties and taxes aren't paid can result in the the return or disposal of your items and still the duties may be applicable. Therefore, if you wish to dispute these, it is highly recommended that these fees are settled first.
Please note that Sherpr cannot handle disputes regarding duty charges on your behalf.
