Loose or large batteries, portable chargers or packs of batteries are prohibited and should not be sent on any of our services.
Any smaller appliances that have batteries in them such as phones or tablets must have the battery compartment removed before shipping, whith the batteries not included in the shipment. However, if removing the batteries is not possible, we strongly advise taking the items in your carry on instead.
If you send multiple electronic items containing batteries, your item will be stopped and returned to you and no refund will be available. You will also need to pay additional charges for your item to be recollected.
