To finalize your order, your specific pick-up and delivery address needs to be declared on your order.
For both addresses, the following must be enterered:
Full Name
Contact Number
Complete address
It is highly recommended that a local phone number is provided for both the pick-up and delivery address. For example, if collection is taking place in the UK, then the phone number for pick-up must be a local British number.
When entering the address, there are 2 ways to enter the address:
Automatically/Pre-filled
On the Post Code section, you can use the search function to locate the desired address through a drop-down menu. This will prefix the address into the correct address lines.
This option is highly recommended as the address database has a wide range of addresses worldwide in the correct format, and the customers are able to make any adjustments to the address manually.
Manually
Sometimes, the address database may not have the exact address in the drop-down menu, so the customer can input their address details manually in each address line.
When entering your address, you can also indicate additional instructions for collection and delivery such as:
Buzzer/entry code(s);
Business/Hotel name
