Whether you are shipping domestically or internationally, it is important that you do not pack prohibited items within your shipment. Doing so will risk your shipment being returned to you, or abandoned and disposed of whilst in transit.
Before declaring and packing your shipment, please ensure that no items fall within the list of prohibited items from our service. Your online Customs Form must be completed accurately and honestly with all items declared, and any item you are not sure about can be queried with our customer service team.
All shipments are scanned through X-rays and are subject to customs checks. If any prohibited items are found in any part of your shipment, it will be stopped. It is possible that the shipment will be returned to the original collection address, though there is every possibility the whole shipment will be disposed of at the courier’s discretion.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, orders found to be containing prohibited items will not be subject to any refunds and any returns and additional costs will be forwarded to the customer.
Additionally, any shipment found to be containing prohibited items will not be eligible for a claim, in the rare case of loss or damage.
