Can I send musical instruments and/or works of art?

Last updated on 22 May, 2026

Whilst you can send musical instruments, please bear in mind that you are sending these at your own risk. These items fall under our non compensatable list.

Damage to items inside a courier's network is rare; however, this depends on how items are packaged for transit. Our partner courier will only accept instruments if these are packaged in a hard shell case. Instruments shipped in soft cases cannot be accepted for shipping.

It is crucial to measure the case accurately, as musical instruments often exceed standard size limits, which may result in an oversize charge.

If you need assistance in determining the cost, please do not hesitate to contact us.
